Phase 2 is complete!
With the completion of these three homes, we now have six families going through our program! We’re excited about the expansion of our programming opportunities with the doubling of our capacity from three families to six! All are 1,056 SF and have the same 3 bed/2 bath layout but with a different front porch to personalize each house's appearance. This expansion of our programming capacity included our moving from a part-time case manager to a full-time program director who will handle the case management work but also enhancing our model to create a more holistic program.

Phase 1 is complete!
Phase 1 included building our initial three homes on two lots. They are located on Hudson street behind St. Matthews United Methodist Church. Two of the homes are 1100 SF with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, and one home is 650 SF with 2 bedrooms/1 bath. The homes' styles fit in nicely with the surrounding neighborhood.

Construction experts installing the new-fangled foundation system, which makes for a better continuous pour foundation wall. The waterproofing and insulating properties of the Styrofoam and rigid plastic "concrete forms" will be a great benefit for these new homes!
