o Empower families to overcome current barriers that inhibit financial, emotional, and social stability
o Provide individual and family development through coaching, financial education, career counseling, and improved wellness as part of their structured action plan(s)
o Encourage a nurturing support system through the development of informal supportive relationships
o Serve as a bridge to applicable community resources (wellness, career, etc.)

design
OHP's programs will help create solid foundations that support responsible futures for families in our program. To start, we will provide low-income working families a safe home as they take steps toward self-sufficiency with an eye toward home ownership. Our unique approach, driven by accountability, will help families achieve financial independence and attain permanent housing goals. Though not all-inclusive, this approach may include access to counseling services, vocational education and training, parenting classes, financial education, community building activities and events, and referrals to community health resources. The result is transformed lives and stronger communities.
